Frape and Sons Arugula Bitters are the only ones of their kind! We were looking to create a savory bitter along the lines of a celery, but we wanted something different.
Locally grown arugula is carefully juiced and steeped with in-house distilled white whiskey, and combined with bittering agents that let the peppery notes of the product shine through. Arugula bitters bring warmth and balance to everything from Caesars, Michaledas and Bloody Marys, to reducing the sweetness in carrot soups.
Our staff like to combine Arugula bitters, tequila, lime and black pepper simple syrup to create an interesting drink as well.
